Photography
Hi!! I'm Madi. I'm a 19-year-old amateur photographer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I got my start in photography when I was about 5 years old but I didn't fall in love with the art until I was in middle school. In high school I took photography classes which only feed my love for the art. I enjoy taking photos of nature, including flowers, insects, sunsets, the moon, and bodies of water. I have recently found a liking for taking portrait photography. My favorite photography medium has to be black and white film. The steps it takes to process and print film photos has always been relaxing and fascinating to me.
Theater
In high school, I went to a specialized arts school where I major in Musical Theater. I fell in love with theater at a young age as well. I have been in over thirty community theater and school production within the last 8 years. Some of my favorite roles I have played are Olive Ostrovsky from the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (I have played her twice), Katherine Plumber in Newsies (She has been my dream role for years), and Melpomene in Zanadu. A favorite show I have been in is my most recent! Alice By Heart was my senior show where I played Mock Mock Mock Turtle, Knave of Spades, and Ensemble.
Family and Freinds
As an only child, I have grown up learning life without the stress of siblings bugging me...I had my parents and extended family for that. Not having biological siblings didn't stop me from creating them. I take my friendships very seriously. Like the loyal Hufflepuff I am, if you become friends with me, you are stuck with me for life. That is unless you wrong me, then you are not worth my time. I am loyal and trusting to those I hold dear and will support them without hesitation. I have had people say to me "Your friends will not have the same bond with you. They will draw a line, you just haven't been in that situation yet", but I don't believe them. The trust and loyalty between my friends and me go both ways. That's why they are like siblings to me.
